Ray Padmore
A dedicated professional with a remarkable journey! Having served in the military, private sector, and law enforcement, he brings a wealth of experience to the table. Earning a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degree in various aspects of business operations and management, he is uniquely qualified to deliver critical skills to organizations of various sizes and complexities. His extensive teaching experience, combined with his commitment to service, makes him an invaluable asset to our organization
Ray has spent years shaping young minds, fostering critical thinking, and inspiring a love for learning. His teaching experience includes delivery of critical skills both domestically and internationally. Whether in a classroom, online, or through workshops or tabletop exercises, he has consistently demonstrated a passion for education, leaving an indelible mark on his students.
Yin Dominic
Mr. Yin has spent over 30 years in all levels of government. He reached the highest level of civil service in law enforcement and retired as a Captain with the San Francisco Police Department (SFPD). He enjoyed commands in all sections of the department including Patrol, Investigations, Administration, the Airport, and Special Operations. He was also an attorney for the SFPD and graduated law school on the student JAGC program from the USNR. He has been in active practice for 27 years and has taught as adjunct at various local universities and colleges for the past 23 years. He currently is adjunct at the Louisiana State University – National Center for Biomedical Research and Training.
Mr. Yin holds a BS from UC Berkeley, an MS in education from San Francisco State University, an MA in Organizational Leadership and Theory from the University of San Francisco, and a Juris Doctorate from the UCLA School of Law. He is also a graduate of the California Command College, the Supervisory Leadership Institute, the Master instructor Certification Program, and Leadership SF. Mr. Yin continues to speak at both National and International Law Enforcement Conferences.
